Our monthly roundup of anything we’re doing and learning in our own time. Dave has some interesting command line tools, Jay’s got some open-source alchemy, and there’s a running theme of art.
Following on from a sketching session, we’ll begin our process of prototyping ideas and testing our solutions on end users before designing a product that we’re all happy with.
All great ideas start with pen and paper, and digital products shouldn’t be an exception. We’ll sketch out early ideas for your product or feature together, combining our UX expertise with your understanding of the users.
Our monthly roundup of anything we’re doing and learning in our own time. Ryan recommends a couple of frontend podcasts, Alex talks about SHA1 collisions and Dave finally tells us what ‘bikeshedding’ means (in joke). And don’t worry – there’s still the usual fix of space.
As always, we’ve been busy bees. Dave has build a progressive web app to see his Monzo transactions, Rachael has been learning modern calligraphy and there’s some more tech for good (and bad?!).
Our monthly round up of what we’re up to in our own time. Ryan has been reading about, and immersing himself in virtual reality… Rachael has been watching telly… and there’s a quick-fire round of facts.
We’ve got some exciting side projects in the pipeline, Dave has written an Angular template type checker and VJ hurts our brains when he introduces us to the concept of zero-knowledge proof.
October’s instalment of Interesting Stuff Club and we have two new members. There’s a running theme of computing; namely the history of, and women of. Then there’s the usual talk of science, podcasts and design, though maybe not what you’d expect!
